  • Rates per vacation apartment per night, excluding final cleaning, local tax, and overnight stays on the sofa bed
  • Overnight stay tax: €2.50 per night per person (ages 15 and up)
  • Vacation apartments can be booked for a minimum of 3 nights (for shorter stays, please call us directly)
  • Short-stay surcharge for 3 nights: €10 per night per vacation apartment

Overnight rates for 1–2 people on the sofa bed with mattress (160x200) or in a crib for children up to 6 years old (140 cm):

Winter:

Es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten, um sich abzukĂŒhlen! Das Erlebnisfreibad Haus und das Schladminger Schwimmbad sind beide in nur 5 Autominuten oder 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es einige kleinere Badeseen in Pichl, Aich oder in der Ramsau am Dachstein.

Unser Haus liegt direkt am Ennstal Radweg, einfach aufsteigen und losradeln. LeihrĂ€der sind in den umliegenden SportgeschĂ€ften erhĂ€ltlich. Egal ob Sie Mountainbiken oder E-Biken bevorzugen - hier ist fĂŒr jeden Radfan etwas dabei! Der Planai-Bikepark fĂŒr Downhiller ist nur 10 Radminuten entfernt.

Wir fĂŒhren eine Landwirtschaft mit Rindern, HĂŒhnern und Katzen. Unsere Tiere verbringen den Sommer auf der Alm. Somit sind nur kleine KĂ€lber in der Sommerzeit am Hof oder in unserer Sommerwiese ca. 10 min vom Haus entfernt. Steigen Sie ein in den Wander- oder Skibus direkt vor unserem Haus:
Genießen Sie eine entspannte Fahrt, die im Sommer mit der Sommercard und im Winter mit dem Skiticket kostenlos ist.
Der Bus fÀhrt nach Schladming, wo es Anschlussmöglichkeiten zu verschiedenen Zielen gibt.
Im Rohrmoos-Untertal wartet der Wilde Wasser Weg, im Obertal der Duisitzkarsee, auf der Hochwurzen das Mountain-Gokart, in Pichl die Reiteralm oder in Ramsau die wunderschöne Bergwelt mit dem Dachstein. Auch in die andere Richtung zum Steirischen Bodensee oder nach Gröbming, zum Beispiel zum Friedenskircherl am Stoderzinken, fahren. Von dort aus starten ebenfalls wunderschöne Wanderungen.

JA, die Skibushaltestellen in beide Richtungen befinden sich vor dem Hof. Autofreier Skispaß steht nichts im Wege. Sie können zum Beispiel morgens mit dem Bus zur Reiteralm oder Planai fahren, die Skiberge mit den Skiern wechseln und am Nachmittag wieder vom Hauser Kaibling retour bis zu unserem Hof mit dem Skibus fahren. Die Busse pendeln den ganzen Tag in der 4 Berge-Schischaukel hin und her.

Haben wir eine lange Anreise zum Skigebiet? (Kopie)

Bei uns ist die letzte Haltestelle vor der Planai. Dort sind Sie mit dem Bus in ca. 3 Minuten, am Hauser Kaibling sind Sie in 5 Minuten.

Can I cancel a vacation rental?

The following cancellation policy applies: Free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months before arrival, 30% of the booked package price. From 1 month before arrival, 50% of the booked package price. From 2 weeks before arrival, 80% of the booked price. In case of no-show, 100% of the booked price.
