As passionate hosts, we look forward to welcoming you to our renovated house. In our farmhouse, 4 renovated country-style rooms including breakfast await you. Our farm is located in the middle of the beautiful hiking and winter region Schladming-Dachstein.
The Haufhof is located in the district of Lehen, only 5 minutes away from the Planai in Schladming as well as the Hauser Kaibling in Haus im Ennstal.

The ski bus stop is also in front of the house, some hiking buses pass directly in front of the farm in summer. Experience an unforgettable holiday.

Apartments Haufhof
From winter 2023/2024, 3 newly built apartments will be available in the newly built adjoining house. Ideally suited for a holiday for skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, climbing or cycling. Or simply to relax in the wonderful mountain region.
New from summer 2024: Playground with sunbathing & recreation area
We are currently designing a relaxation and sunbathing area for you in our garden. For our younger guests there will soon be a great playground with swings and a sandpit. So you can end your holiday relaxing in our garden.

Our region has a wide range of offers for every type of holiday. What do you like to do most? Are you an enthusiastic hiker, mountain biker or downhiller? Or do you prefer to explore nature on an e-bike? Or maybe you just want to relax and enjoy yourself or throw yourself into full action and adventure. Come along on the winter adventure in Schladming: here you have 77 modern cable cars and chair lifts, 100 cosy ski huts and 230 kilometres of pistes at your disposal all winter long! There is also a lot to discover off the slopes: explore the winter landscape while snowshoeing, experience sleigh rides by day and night, take a horse-drawn carriage ride through the snow-covered landscape, discover cross-country skiing or enjoy winter hikes.

We are the Seggl family, your hosts. Each of us has his or her own task here on the farm and pursues his or her interests.

♥ Son, Kilian is very interested in technology and is gaining his first experiences here.
♥ Grandma Mina is everywhere and actively supports us in various tasks. Taking care of the rooms is a big concern for her.
