Here you can find an overview of the prices of our rooms with breakfast and our newly built apartments. For families we also offer a family room for 2 adults and 2 children.
In addition, a bread roll service is available upon advance reservation or you can order a lovingly put together breakfast basket. All units have free Wi-Fi and a parking space in front of the courtyard.

Additional information
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival the room is available from 2 pm or the apartment from 4 pm. For earlier arrival we ask for request. Please let us know the approximate time of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the rooms and apartments by 9:30 am.
Cancellation policy
If you have booked without travel cancellation insurance, the following cancellation conditions apply:

- Up to 3 months before arrival free of charge .
- From 3 month before arrival 30% of the booked arrangement price
- From 1 month before arrival 50% of the booked arrangement price

- From 2 weeks before arrival 80% of the booked price
- In case of no-show 100% of the booked price
Travel insurance
Something can always come up. Therefore we recommend the conclusion of a European travel insurance. You can find more information here. More information can be found here.
Breakfast & Alarm clock service
For our guests in the farmhouse we serve breakfast from 7:30 to 9:00 am. The breakfast buffet includes fresh pastries, various types of sausage & cheese, spreads, yogurt or milk with cereal and much more....
Our apartment guests have the possibility to order daily fresh bread from the bakery, as well as a lovingly compiled breakfast basket!
Summercard
The Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard is included in the price from mid-May to early November. On the day of arrival you can use the card from 1 pm. On the day of departure the included Sommercard can be used the whole day. More information at www.sommercard.info
Payment
We ask for a 30% deposit with the booking. The remaining payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer before arrival. Please note that we do not accept card payment.
Parking
For the car there is a parking lot free of charge.
For guests in the farmhouse is available parking in the carport. For guests in the apartment house there are free spaces (still) without a roof.
W-Lan
On the whole farm we offer our guests free WLAN.
Vacation with children
Children are very welcome! We have our own family room and plenty of space and play opportunities around the farm. (The playground is currently being rebuilt) Families with children are also welcome in our new apartments. We are also happy to provide a high chair and a crib.
Bus
WINTER: The ski bus stop is directly in front of the farm. This makes car-free skiing possible at any time.
SUMMER: The hiking bus takes you (partly) to Schladming, or you park the car in Schladming, from where there are transfer possibilities to Rohrmoos-Untertal with the Wilde Wasser Weg, to the Obertal with the Duisitzkar, Hochwurzen to the Mountaingokart, Pichl - Reiteralm or Ramsau am Dachstein. You can also drive in the direction of Haus im Ennstal to the Styrian Lake Constance or to Gröbming, for example to the Friedenskircherl on the Stoderzinken, from where beautiful hikes also await you.
